Refund policy

Ether Parts LLC guarantees our products are quality checked and insured.

To be eligible for a refund, a product must have a significant manufacturing defect. Sufficient proof, such as pictures, must also be provided so that we may diagnose and correct the problem in the future.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that were misused, damaged by negligence or accidents. User guides may be provided under a product’s webpage which will help prevent misuse and outline proper use cases.

Products cannot be returned or refunded beyond 30 days after the initial purchase.

The condition of the packaging will not be considered when determining refund eligibility.
